STUDIO SESSION: This is a complete recording session which may consist of audio recording, mixing & mastering at Frequencyforgestudio within the sessions time frame. Studio time will include an audio engineer who's services can be used toward recording, mixing and mastering, or both. All tracks recorded may include a rough mix reference of their project(s). Complete mixes may require additional studio time to go into further detail with the project or an arranged mixing and mastering order per project completed.

6 hour + sessions will include 1 hour of break time. (4 hour mark)

We ask that clients email all files of importance such as, though not limited to, beats, links, MP3s, WAVs and stems to frequencyforgestudio@gmail.com prior to arriving at your scheduled session. By booking this service, the client understands and agrees to the terms of this service provided by Frequencyforge studio.
MIXING & MASTERING SERVICES
Final mix orders are currently processed through engineears.com/shad. All projects audio files,track-outs, stems ect. must be uploaded through engineears.com/shad as a titled folder of (preferably) labelled dry .wav files [example: Lead vox, adlibs, BG vox, harmony, ect.] to engineears.com/shad for recording quality approval. If recordings are denied audio engineering processing for any reason client will be notified and refunded in a timely manner.

RADIO EDIT SESSION: If you require a radio edit or performance edit of your song we have your solution
email your song and the Instrumental to your song in WAV or MP3 format. For premium results email us the fully mixed prints related to your song, pre arranged and in full duration of your song - frequencyforgestudio will not be arranging, mixing or mastering your audio files. (Please be prepared and email us your files before the start of your scheduled time/date)
It is NOT required that the client be present during this service. Although the client will have the option at the checkout screen to inform us whether or not he/she will be present during their scheduled time/date. If you’re not able to be present during this service, please make sure your contact information is updated as we may contact you for any inquiries regarding your song edits.
PRODUCER SESSION: For producers who want access to a space to make beats, write music, edit content, practice mixing and mastering (non recording service).
Frequencyforgestudio will provide the client necessary use of specific equipment during their scheduled timeframe. Client must bring their own personal equipment they need to work with. This includes, though not limited to, computers, interface, software, cables, hard drive, etc. (please be prepared). For questions please email us. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING and REFUND POLICY: Clients have up to 24-hours before their scheduled start time begins to reschedule or cancel their booking. To reschedule or cancel a scheduled booking using the email you have provided to us, open the original booking confirmation email sent from Frequencyforgestudio. Within this email will be a link(s) in which you will be directed to either cancel or reschedule your booking, upon availability.
When rescheduling is complete, it will be followed by a response or confirmation email sent from frequencyforgestudio.com or frequencyforge@gmail.com . Cancellations are considered “no-shows” & will not be refunded.
Weather or an emergency may force frequencyforgestudio to reschedule or cancel a client’s booking. frequencyforgestudio reserves the right to communicate with the client to request, reschedule or cancel the client’s scheduled booking, without reason. If a client’s booking is cancelled by frequencyforgestudio due to weather or without reason the client will receive a full refund in a timely manner.
Client must be on time and prepared to start the scheduled booking. No refunds, cancellations or rescheduling will be issued for unused scheduled time or an absence. This includes, though not limited to, a client running late and/or choose to leave early from his or her scheduled timeframe of service. If the client does not arrive within the duration of his or her scheduled timeframe, does not inform frequencyforgestudio, the client’s scheduled timeframe has surpassed, the client will therefore forfeit payment.
DISCLAIMER: We encourage that all clients sign up on our website to have a fast and easy checkout experience. Clients will also be able to authenticate themselves by using Facebook or Google login. Clients who sign up also have the option available to keep track of studio sessions and book multiple services at once at the checkout screen of our website. This is where you’ll be able to choose different dates and times of your choosing upon availability.
Frequencyforgestudio will maintain client material for up to one year from the client’s most recent recording session at frequencyforgestudio. Material includes, though not limited to, masters, recording session(s) and or audio files made at, and/or in the possession of frequencyforgestudio. After one year of client most recent recording session at frequencyforgestudio, will result in possible termination, without notice.

A client requesting his or her entire recording session(s) after the studio session is completed, though not limited to, copied, given and or sent to a person of the client, or the client that includes, though not limited to, audio clips, folders & copies, will be charged a processing fee of $25 /per recording session. If project files are needed by client we require that they be requested during the studio session to waive processing fee.
Client and the party of the client shall hold harmless frequencyforgestudio, Shadrach Harriott, and the property owner / lessor against the following, though not limited to, losses, claims, damages, being denied, removed, costs, expenses that may be sustained or incurred by reason of any change, failure, interference, disruption or defect in the supply or character of the utilities furnished to the premises, or if the quantity or character of the utilities supplied to the premises. Loss or non-functional equipment, or damage to any personal items or persons of the client(s) party or the client(s). All clientele will ensure all studio guidelines established by frequencyforgestudio are followed.
All clients under the legal age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, responsible adult, or their legal guardian. Rates of services and products for sale listed on frequencyforgestudio.com and listed through a third party service in connection with frequencyforgestudio.com are subject to change without notice and are non-refundable as all sales are final. Rates are non-negotiable. These terms are non-negotiable. These terms are considered understood and agreed to by the client, prior to a purchase and or scheduling of a service / booking on frequencyforgestudio.com
Health Update: frequencyforgestudio and our relative lessor are taking health seriously and we understand that sickness is still a threat in our communities. To ensure the safety of those who enter our studio, we are taking action by disinfecting and sanitizing all equipment and lounge areas before and after each session
Clients and client guest's are NOT required to wear masks upon arrival.
Clients and client guest's may be subject to have their temperature taken using a non-touch thermometer once entering the studio. The CDC considers a person to have a fever when he or she has measured temperature of 100.4°F (38°C). If a client or client guest's show signs of a fever, the entire group must leave the premises immediately and the client will need to reschedule their booking for a later date (at least 10 days out from the client's original booking date).
Rescheduling is not the responsibility of frequencyforgestudio. The client must inquire about availability in order to reschedule and will have a total of 10 days from the original booking date to complete this task. Once a new booking date is rescheduled it cannot be changed. Failing to reschedule within 10 days or if the client completes a separate booking date (without rescheduling), the client's original booking date will be automatically cancelled.
No refunds will be provided.
